Although Sivad Beauty is across many social media platforms, there are several ways in which to contact me. Two recommended ways to reach me, for any product or customer service-related questions are via the website contact form or the chat.
The first is through this weblink www.sivadbeauty.com/contact You can submit a form requesting we contact you. If you already have an order placed, you can submit your order number on this form to assist with locating your order. The second and best way would be to open a chat conversation which is at the bottom of any page.
I do not man, the chat 24/7 however but you can leave a message 24/7. I get those messages more swiftly than trying to leave a FB messenger message, which I don't have activated on my end, or Pinterest message which I am still learning. Those messages left using the chat feature go directly to my email on my cellphone and also attaches your inquiry to your specific account automatically.
You can always email me directly at contactus@sivadbeauty.com. I hate to say this but family, please refrain from sending your personal messages through this account, it is for business related inquires only.
Although I can access Twitter and IG messages quickly, leaving service-related messages on those accounts does not guarantee your inquiry will be handled promptly, attached to your Sivad Beauty account, nor addressed prior to any order being fulfilled. Again, the messages or comments will be addressed but not as swiftly as using a recommended method.
Last, if you happen to know my personal cell phone number, as many of you are friends, coworkers, and family, please refrain from contacting my cellphone for Sivad Beauty customer related issues. I understand how convenient that is, but I wish to keep an accurate account of the inquiry affiliated with your account. Don't worry, if you happen to still do so, I will still address your issue and most likely advise you for future inquires how to do so via the website.
This does not erase your ability to ask questions directly under a Sivad Beauty post on any of these social media accounts. I will not send you to another source in which to address the initial question or comment. However, if it requires access to your account, I will direct you to your email for your response.
