Time issue identified 7:30pm 11/22/22: Happy Holidays! If you are attempting to purchase a gift card and you are using a mobile device and some tablets, it has come to our attention that the ability to purchase is not working properly. The feature allowing you to select dollar amount, enter receiver's information, and add to cart button are not visible. What Can You Do: Please log into our site using a desktop or laptop device to purchase gift cards for your loved ones at this time. What We Are Doing: We are working closely with our technical support team and expect to have this issue corrected within the next 48hrs. Again, you can purchase gift cards by using a desktop device or laptop. Update: As of November 23, 2022 6:57am the error has been corrected. All gift cards can be purchased on any device.

Although Sivad Beauty is across many social media platforms, there are several ways in which to contact me. Two recommended ways to reach me, for any product or customer service-related questions are via the website contact form or the chat. The first is through this weblink www.sivadbeauty.com/contact You can submit a form requesting we contact you. If you already have an order placed, you can submit your order number on this form to assist with locating your order. The second and best way would be to open a chat conversation which is at the bottom of any page. I do not man, the chat 24/7 however but you can leave a message 24/7. I get those messages more swiftly than trying to leave a FB messenger message, which I don't have activated on my end, or Pinterest message which I am still learning. Those messages left using the chat feature go directly to my email on my cellphone and also attaches your inquiry to your specific account automatically. You can always email me directly at contactus@sivadbeauty.com. I hate to say this but family, please refrain from sending your personal messages through this account, it is for business related inquires only. Although I can access Twitter and IG messages quickly, leaving service-related messages on those accounts does not guarantee your inquiry will be handled promptly, attached to your Sivad Beauty account, nor addressed prior to any order being fulfilled. Again, the messages or comments will be addressed but not as swiftly as using a recommended method. Last, if you happen to know my personal cell phone number, as many of you are friends, coworkers, and family, please refrain from contacting my cellphone for Sivad Beauty customer related issues. I understand how convenient that is, but I wish to keep an accurate account of the inquiry affiliated with your account. Don't worry, if you happen to still do so, I will still address your issue and most likely advise you for future inquires how to do so via the website. This does not erase your ability to ask questions directly under a Sivad Beauty post on any of these social media accounts. I will not send you to another source in which to address the initial question or comment. However, if it requires access to your account, I will direct you to your email for your response. Although we have resumed business, shipping delays are still a concern as a large portion of Florida was ravaged by the hurricane. Our airports are just beginning to reopen as we deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. As of right now, our loved ones on the upper east coast of Florida, South Caroline, North Carolina, and southern Virginia are in the wake of the storm. Our hearts and prayers continue to be poured out.

To celebrate my 49th birthday, I will be out of office and on vacation. Order fulfillments will not be processed from May 29, 2022 through June 6, 2022 as I will be out of office and on vacation. You will be able to still place orders during this time, however the processing will be delayed and shipping timeframes will begin once I have returned and the order has been fulfilled. In addition to order fulfillment, all emails will not be responded to during this time, as I will be available. I'm on vacation and I don't handle administrative work during that time. That's not what vacation is for.

As you are all aware, or are now aware of, we are in the middle of moving. You may have noticed a lot of products are low on inventory or out of stock. This is due to items needed to make product being already packed or in limited supply. This is just temporary until we get our new home. Plus, we don't want to have dust and debris around your products. Every thing we have on hand has already been prepackaged or can be made in a safe environment with it not affecting the move or vice versa. As you are aware, Sivad Beauty makes all of our products from scratch and in most cases to order. Unfortunately, recipes don't get written down always or get lost. Also, although we may love an item, sometimes they just don't work out. Which is why I try not to mass produce many of our products. It would be costly to mass produce items that may not peak the consumers interest. However sometimes, the mix doesn't stabilize no matter how I alter the ingredients. So due to inability to reproduce certain items, the instability of some mixtures, or lack of interest from customers, we will be discontinuing some of our product line at the end of 2021. Some of these items may be reproduced at a later time once we can master a new formula along with generating an interest for the product. Here's a list of products we are removing. Green Apple lip gloss (I truly love this gloss; the glide, the shine, the smell, but alas, no one else is interested 😢) Buttercream lip gloss Silver Bells lip gloss Shana lip gloss Reddy Made lip gloss Blue Skies lip gloss Ginger Snap lip gloss Chocolate mint lip balm Vanilla Foot Soak Ivory Coast lip gloss Sweet Indulgence Gift Set - the individual glosses in this set are still available If it's something you wish to remain, let us know and tell your friends about it too, the year isn't over yet. On July 19, 2021 it was identified that current members are having trouble logging in to their previously created account. The page should have a blue "log in" link for current members which is not visible. Due to this issue, many members have been creating multiple accounts. I am working with my website provider to resolve this issue and make log in easier for you. Currently you can hover your mouse behind the question mark and access the member log in. I know, this isn't convenient but trust me we are working on it. I thank you for your patience.
